Kød (meat) is dedicated to meat and how to identify, select, prepare and cook quality cuts. Written by Helle Brønnum Carlsen and Jens Slagter. The aim of the design was to compliment the raw visual qualities of the meat, the recipes and photos, and tie all the elements together to create a book with a strong unified expression.
